在经济全球化和知识经济主导的趋势下,人力资源管理在提高企业竞争力、建立核心竞争优势中将扮演更为重要的角色。文章在分析目前企业人力资源管理中存在的局限性的基础上,引入了数据挖掘技术,描述并介绍了数据挖掘技术原理和实现数据挖掘的基本过程,选择采用了决策树分类算法,将决策树模型用于人力资源管理中,获得了成功的应用。%Under the trend dominated by the economic globalization and knowledg e economy,human resources management will play a much more important role in th e improvement of enterprise competitiveness as well as the establishment of the core competitive advantage.Based on the analysis on the existing limitations of current enterprise human resources management,this paper introduced the data m ining technology,described and presented the principle of data mining technolog y and the basic process.It used decision tree classification algorithm and put the decision tree models in the human resources management,and acquired the suc cessful application.
