固相缩聚法合成双酚A型聚碳酸酯的催化剂筛选

         

摘要

采用固相缩聚(SSP)法,以双酚A(BPA)和碳酸二苯酯(DPC)为原料,在不同催化剂的作用下,反应得到双酚A型聚碳酸酯(BAPC).测定了产物的特性黏数和色差,并对产物进行了傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、核磁共振氢谱(1H–NMR)和热重(TG)分析.结果表明,四苯硼钠(NaTPB)为较优的催化剂,在1 mol的BPA中加入催化剂NaTPB用量为1×10–4 mol时,通过非光气熔融酯交换法合成并经部分结晶处理、筛分得到180~250μm预聚物颗粒,其在210℃、近真空(压力<100 Pa)条件下,采用SSP法,反应3 h,可得色差较小(0.52%)、特性黏数为90.36 mL/g、热稳定性良好的BAPC.%Bisphenol A polycarbonate (BAPC) was obtained with bisphenol A (BPA) and diphenyl carbonate (DPC) as raw materials under different catalyst by solid phase polycondensation (SSP). The intrinsic viscosities and color differences of the prod-ucts were tested,and the products were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR),1H nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR) and thermogravimetric (TG) analysis. The results show that sodium tetraphenylborate (NaTPB) is the better catalyst. Pre-polymer of low molecular weight is obtained through non-phosgene melting transesterification when the amount of catalyst NaTPB is 1×10–4 mol in 1 mol of BPA. After fraction crystallization and screening,180-250 μm prepolymer particles are used as the reactant of SSP method. Then BAPC is got with intrinsic viscosity of 90.36 mL/g,small color difference (0.52%) and good thermal stability by SSP for 3 h at 210℃ under near vaccum (pressure < 100 Pa).
