动定模双抽芯的制冰机支架注射模具设计

         

摘要

In view of the surface of ice maker bracket,there are both concave and undercut,and the product is difficult to demould and easy to deform after demoulding. According to the problems,the number and position of the gate are reasonably deter-mined by CAE analysis. The inner slider core pulling mechanism is set on the fixed mould side to realize the first mold stripping of concave on the surface of the plastic part. The slider wedge is innovatively designed as a forming part,which becomes a part of the mould cavity and makes the mould structure become compact further. On the side of the moving mould,the long angle pin and the"Z" shape outer slider core pulling mechanism are set up,the molding and core pulling of undercut feature on the outer side of upper part of the plastic part are realized. Stop pins,stop bolts,spring and nylon shutters are used to open the mould sequentially and deter-mine the opening distance.%针对某制冰机支架塑件表面既有内凹又有侧凹,产品脱模困难和脱模后易变形的问题,通过CAE分析,合理确定了浇口数量和位置;在定模侧设置内滑块抽芯机构,实现了塑件表面内凹的先行脱模,并创新性地将楔紧块设计为成型零件,构成型腔的一部分,使得模具结构更加紧凑;在动模侧设置长斜导柱和"Z"字形外滑块抽芯机构,实现了塑件上部外侧内凹的成型和抽芯脱模;通过限位螺钉、限位拉杆、弹簧、尼龙塞等零件实现了模具有序的分型和定距.
