静电纺丝技术在双极膜制备中的研究进展

             

摘要

概述了双极膜材料的应用现状,介绍了静电纺丝的基本原理及影响因素,并综述了近年来静电纺丝技术在双极膜制备领域的相关应用研究进展,包括纳米纤维引入双极膜中间界面层体系和纳米纤维引入双极膜整体结构体系;指出利用静电纺丝纳米纤维所特有的三维网状结构,可以实现双极膜性能的最优化,从而为该离子交换膜材料的进一步发展提供了比较有价值的技术和理论指导.提出了当前研究过程中亟待解决的问题,并对未来的发展前景进行了展望.%The application status of bipolar membrane was described briefly,the basic principles and influencing factors of electrospinning were introduced,and related research progress of electrospinning technology in the preparation of bipolar membranes such as interfacial layer and integral structure in recent years was reviewed. It was pointed out that the bipolar membranes had optimized performance by utilizing nanofibers with unique three-dimensional network structure,thereby it could provide more valuable technical and theoretical guidances for the further development of this ion exchange membrane material. The problems that needed to be solved in the current research process were put forward and the prospect of future development was prospected.
