梅钢烧结机余热回收现状分析与改善实践

         

摘要

The process flow of waste heat recovery system for No. 4 sintering machine in Meishan iron and steel company was introduced, and based on beat transfer theory, causes of less steam production of the exhaust - heat boiler were analyzed. It was found that both the slow hot air speed and the fouling of heating surface made heat transfer worse. Suggestions were given, and were proven to be efficient, which provided experience for other steel companies in solving similar problems.%介绍了梅钢4号烧结机余热回收系统的工艺流程,依据传热学理论分析了余热锅炉实际蒸汽发生量低的现象.结果表明,产汽量下降的根本原因是余热锅炉热风流速低与受热面积灰严重.提出了相应的解决方案,实践证明方案有效,为其他钢铁企业解决类似问题提供了借鉴.
