电解铝厂谐波治理研究

摘要

Taking a certain electrolytic aluminum plant operation problems, according to the actual power structure, power quality testing, found the HOkV bus electric energy quality can meet the requirements, but the rectifier transformer secondary side two 5 filter channels have flow phenomenon. The article combines the power quality control technology, using a hybrid-active power filter to control, and gives specific parameters, control effect reaches the requirements.%以某电解铝厂实际运行时出现的问题出发,根据电网实际结构进行电能质量测试,发现110kV母线上电能质量达到要求,但整流变压器器2次侧的5次滤波通道有过流现象.结合电能质量治理新技术,采用混合有源电力滤波器进行治理,并给出了具体参数,治理效果达到要求.
