利用气化炉加热重整煤气的氧气高炉节能减排分析

         

摘要

Mathematical model of full oxygen blast furnace with top recycle gas heated and reformed by gasifier was established.Coke rate, coal rate and other parameters of the new process were calculated . Energy consumption and CO 2 emission were also compared among conventional blast furnace , FOBF process and the new process .All of the three processes were calculated using the same raw materials . The results show that coke rate and coal rate of the new process are 205 kg/t and 200 kg/t, respective-ly.Compared with conventional blast furnace , energy consumption of the new process can be reduced by 6.4%.When separated CO2 is stored, CO2 emission of the process can be reduced by 46.1%.De-veloping of the new full oxygen blast furnace is important to low carbon economy of iron and steel in -dustry.%建立了采用气化炉加热重整炉顶循环煤气的氧气高炉炼铁流程数学模型,计算得到了焦比、煤比等参数。同时,与采用相同原料结构的普通高炉和FOBF氧气高炉进行了能耗及CO2排放量方面的比较。结果表明:新流程焦比205 kg/t,煤比200 kg/t,相比普通高炉节能6.4%, CO2分离后贮存情况下减排46.1%。新氧气高炉流程的开发对钢铁工业低碳经济具有重要意义。
