以φ4×60m磁化焙烧回转窑为对象,对磁化焙烧热力过程进行了分析,对生产过程中的低温余热进行了分类分级.重点针对烟气余热回收利用进行了初步工程设计,提出余热利用中应遵循的原则,探索了提高磁化焙烧回转窑系统热效率的方法和途径.%The magnetic roasting thermodynamic was analyzed and the low temperature waste heat in the process was classified and graded according to Φ4 × 60m magnetic roasting rotary kiln. Specially focusing on the gas waste heat recycling preliminary engineering design, and put forward the principles in the use of the vaste heat, then explore the way to improve the thermal efficiency of magnetic roasting rotary kiln system.
