钢铁企业能源生产信息化的管理模式设计

摘要

分析了钢铁行业能源生产信息化管理的特点,结合网络组织结构的扁平化原理,探索出一套能源管理模式设计的方法,该方法可以指导钢铁企业能源中心建设后的机构重建.文章还利用探索的成果,分析了几个典型的钢铁企业能源管理机构的优缺点,提出了改进思路.%The characteristics of energy and production informatization of iron and steel industry were analyzed. Combined with the flat network organizational structure theory, found a set of energy man-agement model design method, the method can guide the iron and steel enterprises to reconstruct the institution after the construction of the energy center. The paper also used the method to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of energy management mechanism of several typical iron and steel enter-prise, and put forward the way to improve.
