宝钢焦化废弃物利用研究与应用

摘要

结合目前城市钢厂对固废处理要求,将焦化产生的各种有机废弃物,主要包括酸焦油、萘油渣、洗油渣和焦油渣等与配合煤混合,并研究其对焦炭质量的影响.研究表明,焦化废弃物按0.3%~0.4%比例配入,对焦炭的质量不会产生显著的影响.同时找到合理的回收利用路径,实现焦化废弃物的无害化处理和资源化利用目的.%The paper primarily aimed at the urban type steel plant on treatment requirements of solid waste, various organic waste generated from the process of coking were mixed with coking coal to study its effect on the quality of coke,including acid tar,naphthalene oil residue,washing oil residue, tar residue etc.The result showed that the coking waste has no significant influence on the quality of coke according to the adding proportion of 0.3%~0.4%.Also finded a reasonable recycling path to achieve the purpose of harmless treatment and resource.
