酒钢高炉炉渣熔化温度与流动性研究

         

摘要

为了研究二元碱度、MgO含量和Al2O3含量对酒钢高炉炉渣流动性及熔化温度的影响,以酒钢高炉炉渣为基础,运用Factsage热力学软件计算了不同组分炉渣的黏度和熔化温度.根据计算结果,分析了二元碱度、MgO含量和Al 2O 3含量对炉渣黏度和熔化温度的影响规律.结果表明,当前酒钢高炉炉渣化学稳定性良好.为使炉渣具有良好的流动性和熔化温度,酒钢高炉炉渣二元碱度应控制在1.05左右,MgO含量在8%~10%以上较为适宜,Al 2O 3含量应不超过10%.%In order to study the effects of binary basicity,MgO content and Al2O3content on the vis-cosity and melting temperature of blast furnace slag of Jiusteel,the viscosity and melting temperature of different component slags that were based on the Jiusteel blast furnace were calculated by using Fact -sage thermodynamic software.According to the results of calculation,the influence of binary basicity, the MgO content and the Al 2O3content on the viscosity and melting temperature of the slags were ana-lyzed.The results show that the chemical stability of blast furnace slag of Jiusteel is good currently.In order to make the slags have favorable fluidity and melting temperature,the binary basicity should be controlled at around1.05, the content of MgO is more than 8% ~10% and the content of Al 2O 3 should not exceed 10%.
