钢铁厂球团矿制备工艺硫平衡及物料对SO2排放影响的研究

         

摘要

In iron industry, pellet acts one of the raw materials for iron making, and its production process causes a certain degree of pollution to the surrounding environment.In order to diagnose the main factors of SO2 emissions during pellet production, in this paper which takes a pellet plant as an example, the sulfur content of raw materials, products, solid waste and waste gas are measured and the sulfur balance is calculated and analyzed.For the further study, the form of sulfur in the pellet produc-tion before and after is analyzed.The results show that the emission of SO2 is mainly affected by the oxidation of organic sulfur under the production conditions.%钢铁工业中球团矿作为炼铁原料之一,其生产过程对周边环境造成了一定程度的污染.为了诊断球团矿生产过程中SO2排放的主要因素,文章以某一厂家的球团为例,对其生产原料、产品、固体废弃物和废气中的硫含量进行检测并进行硫平衡计算和分析,又深入地研究了硫元素在球团过程前后的形态,表明该生产条件下SO2排放主要受原料中有机硫氧化影响.
