电厂CO2捕集系统AEE吸收剂性能实验研究

         

摘要

The absorbent characteristics and renewable energy consumption restrict the technology of CO2 capture promotion,in order to promote this technology,The experimental apparatus can be used to study on absorbent characteristics.Making use of mixing round experimental apparatus,we study on absorption and desorption characteristic of AEE in different concentrations and temperatures.Experimental results showed:(1) The AEE solution has higher total absorption at 10 wt%,AEE has excellent absorption rate at 20 wt%.(2) The CO2 desorption rate of AEE improves significantly with the increasing of absorbent concentration,and reaches highest absorption rate at 85aC.(3) The AEE has a high absorption,desorption rate and degree of regeneration at 20 wt%,but also with the highest desorption energy consumption.%吸收剂的性能与能耗制约着电厂烟气CO2捕集的大规模推广,为推广其使用,采用实验的方法对吸收剂性能进行研究.以羟乙基乙二胺(AEE)溶液为研究对象,采用搅拌装置考察了AEE溶液在不同浓度、温度下的吸收、解吸性能及解吸能耗.实验结果表明:(1)10 wt%的AEE溶液有较高的吸收总量,20 wt%的AEE有较好的吸收速率;(2)溶液温度85℃左右时,三种不同浓度的AEE溶液解吸速率均达到最高,且解吸速率随溶液浓度的增大而显著提高;(3)20 wt%的AEE溶液具有较高的吸收、解吸速率和较高的再生度,但其解吸能耗亦较高.
