基于统筹山水林田湖草系统治理思想方法的水环境治理建议——以广佛跨界水环境治理实践为例

The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the path of ecological civilization construction for the overall management of landscape, forest, field, lake and grass systems, pointing out the direction for promoting the prevention and control of water pollution in the new historical direction. Following the ideological concept of the life community of mountains, rivers, fields, lakes and grass, this paper takes the practice of Guangfo transboundary water environment control in Foshan City as an example to analyze the main problems faced by Guangfo transboundary river And put forward the relevant governance recommendations.%党的十九大报告提出了统筹山水林田湖草系统治理的生态文明建设路径, 为在新的历史方位推进水污染防治工作指明了方向, 本文遵循山水林田湖草生命共同体的思想理念, 以佛山市广佛跨界水环境治理实践为例, 分析广佛跨界河流污染整治面临的主要问题并着重提出相关治理建议.
