低碳经济是当前国内外学术界研究的热点,本文试图从相关的经济学理论视角出发,深入探析低碳经济的理论基础和理论依据,以便更好地阐释低碳经济的内在逻辑和发展规律,进而为构建低碳经济的国家战略和政策框架奠定基础.%In recent years, low-carbon economy is a hot topic in academic research at home and abroad. According to different economic theoretical perspectives, this paper attempts to further explore the theoretical basis of low carbon economy in order to better explain its inner logic and development laws, and then building a national strategy and policy framework of low carbon economy.
