中国区域风力发电的影响因素和促进政策的计量经济分析-基于各省市面板数据的分析

摘要

This paper analyzes regional influencing factors of wind power generation in China. Adopting panel data analysis method and using relevant data of 30 provinces in mainland China from the year 2007 to 2013, we find out that the installing cost of wind power equipment, high voltage grid and electricity consumption are universal factors for 30 provinces; however, because of disparate resource distribution and economic development level, the factor for 4-type wind energy source areas is different. Therefore, respective measures based on the respective regional conditions should be implemented.%本文采用面板数据分析方法，利用2007—2013年中国30个省区市的陆上风力发电的相关数据，对30个省区市以及四类风能资源区的风力发电影响因素进行了计量经济分析。结果显示，风电机组造价、高压电网、电力消费量是30个省区市的共同影响因素；而四类资源区因为资源分布不同，经济发展水平迥异，影响风电发展的因素是不同的。因此风力发电开发应当考虑区域差异，采取不同措施。
