论碳交易试点的碳价形成机制

摘要

The discovery of carbon price is the core of carbon emissions trading scheme.Based on the economic factors such as carbon price influencing factors and carbon price formation mechanism, this paper takes the carbon market formed during the carbon trade pilot in 2013 and 2016 as the research object,based on the empirical, hierarchical and qualitative analysis, analyzes the factors that affect carbon pricing and discusses price discovery mechanism based on relevant theories and analytical methodologies, in order to provide suggestions on national ETS development.%碳价格的形成在碳交易机制中处于核心地位.本文以2013—2016年七省市碳交易试点期间形成的碳市场为研究对象,以碳价格影响因素与碳价形成机制等环境经济理论为依据,通过实证、层次与定性分析,建立了试点碳市场碳价影响因素与碳价格形成机制的研究框架和方法,识别并衡量了碳价影响因素,研究确定了碳交易试点的碳价形成机制,并为全国碳市场建设提出建议.
