合并单元是电子式互感器(过程层)与电站自动化系统二次设备(间隔层)之间进行数据交换的重要设备。分析了合并单元的结构、功能,设计了基于数字信号处理器(DSP)与现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)为主控芯片的硬件电路和主程序,给出了合并单元在110 kV 变电站上的应用。实践表明此方案能够较好的满足合并单元对数据处理能力和强实时性的功能要求% Merging Unit is important equipment carrying out data exchange between the electronic transformer (process) and the secondary equipment (spacer) of automation system in power station. This paper analyzed the structure and functions of merging unit, designing the hardware circuit and the main program of main control chip based on digital signal processor (DSP) and field program-mable gate array (FPGA) and giving the application of merging unit in 110 kV substation. Practice shows that this scheme can meet the requirements of data processing ability of merging unit and its strong real-time function.
