便携式绝缘电阻测试仪的设计

     

摘要

Aiming at the actuality that the electrical equipment will cut lifespan with the change of environment and the insulation level will reduce, this paper designed a simple high frequency switching power supply as the 500V testing power supply with micro-controller STC12C5A60S2 as the controlling core. The insulation resistance tester with series process was adopted and the system prin-ciple and the lfowchart of software and hardware were given. The experiment shows that the tester has many advantages, such as stable high-voltage output, test error within ifve percent, easy operation and low costs.%针对电器设备随着环境的变化与寿命的减少,其绝缘水平将降低的现状。设计了以STC12C5A60S2单片机为控制核心,简易的高频开关电源做500 V测量电源,采用串联法的绝缘电阻测试仪。给出了系统原理及软硬件设计流程,通过试验表明,该测试仪具有稳定的高压输出、测试误差在5%以内、操作简单以及成本低廉等优点。
