基于不同电流波形下大功率LED芯片光电热性能研究

     

摘要

Taking a high power LED chip produced by different well-known manufacturers as the object, this paper used an integrating sphere testing system based on simpliifed thermal network model, analyzing the rules of output light performance for the high power LED chip, including its light lfux, light efifciency and color temperature, which changed with the input current and temperature. The result shows that under different input current waveforms, the output characteristics of the high power LED chip has different photoelectric performances, and the photoelectric characteristics of the LED are signiifcantly inlfuenced by temperature.%以不同知名厂家的大功率LED芯片为对象,基于简化后的热网络模型,采用积分球测试系统,分析研究了大功率LED芯片的光通量、光效以及色温等输出光性能随输入电流和温度变化的规律。结果表明,在不同输入电流波形驱动时,大功率LED芯片的输出特性有所不同且LED的光电特性受温度的影响明显。
