精益六西格玛在表面处理行业中的应用

摘要

A batch of Cd-plated tubular parts subjected to iridescent chromating and dip painting was rejected by the customer due to color difference at the end of the tubes. This case was analyzed based on 6a management method. Some improvement measures were given, such as establishing standard sample system, adjusting technological parameters of Cd electroplating and chromating, shortening the interval between electroplating and dip painting, and fixing the dip painting process. It provides a reference for surface finishing industry to achieve 60 level of product quality.%某批经电镀镉、铬酸盐彩色钝化及浸漆的管体在装配时被发现尾端色调不一致,遭客户拒收.借助六西格玛管理方法,对该案例进行了分析.提出了改善措施,如建立样件制度,调整镀镉和铬酸盐钝化的工艺参数,缩短电镀与浸漆的间隔时间,固化浸漆工艺.为表面处理行业的产品质量真正达到六个西格玛的水平提供参考.
