The requirements of silver coating for electronic switch connector were pointed out. A process for barrel silver plating on surface of electronic switch connector was introduced. The process flow mainly includes chemical degreasing, barrel degreasing, yellow fume-free bright pickling, silver pre-plating, bright silver plating, dipping in protective agent, drying, inspection, and packaging.
