两种环保型铝合金表面处理工艺的比较

摘要

通过对比工艺流程,前处理要求,阳极化和封闭的溶液配方及工艺参数,以及膜层性能指标,阐述了硼酸-硫酸和酒石酸-硫酸这两种体系铝合金阳极化工艺的优缺点,为飞机用铝合金表面处理工艺的选择提供参考.%The advantages and disadvantages of boric-sulfuric acid anodizing and tartaric-sulfuric acid anodizing for aluminum alloys were discussed by comparing their process flows,pretreatment requirements,bath compositions and technological parameters of anodizing and sealing,as well as performance indexes of anodizing films,providing a reference for selecting surface treatment processes of aluminum alloys used in aircraft.
