浅谈控制阀的选型与使用

摘要

控制阀是自动化控制系统中的执行器，其应用质量反应在系统的调节品质上，工业自动控制水平的提高，控制阀已经渗透到生产的每一个角落，其在稳定生产，优化控制，维护及检修成本控制等方面起着举足轻重的作用。本文重点分析了控制阀的组成与分类以及类型的选择，介绍了控制阀口径、作用方式、流量特性、执行机构和材质等选择的原则、步骤和方法。%Control valve is automatic control actuator system,the application of quality reaction in the system of regulation on quality,enhance industrial automatic control level,control valve has penetrated into every corner of the production,in the stable production,optimal control,play a decisive role on maintenance and repair cost control.This paper focuses on the analysis of the control valve and the composition of the classiifcation and type selection,introduced the control valve diameter,mode of action,lfow characteristics,execution mechanism and material selection principles,steps and methods.
