一种热敏标签打印机缺纸检测系统的失效分析

     

摘要

该文在简要介绍热敏打印机硬件组成原理的基础上,分析了光电检测缺纸的原理,通过采用DOE (Design of Experiment)分析方法与JMP分析软件,对光电缺纸检测系统的失效性难题进行要因试验,迅速有效地确定系统的关键因子是遮光挡片上的间距,且通过对试验数据的二次分析也为检测系统软件的创新优化提供了参考依据。试验结果表明,DOE对工程技术难题的分析及对试验数据的二次应用模式,可在保证品质可靠性的同时,也增加了系统各因子参数的冗余性,这对一般电子产品的设计与工程品质保证,具有较好的实践借鉴意义。%This paper,on the basis of a brief introduction of the thermal printer hardware principle,also ana-lyzes the principle of photoelectric detection of paper.Through DOE (Design of Experiment)analysis method and JMP analysis software,having carried out an experiment about runing failure problem of paper photo-electric detection system,it soon finds and confirms that the interval space of light gap on seperation blade is the key factor of this paper photoelectric detection system.What's more,as a reference.The secondary anal-ysis of experiment data is conductive to the optimization of detection system software.And the experiment outcome has turned out that DOE,not only has guaranteed quality reliability but also has inreased the pa-rameter redundancy of system factor regarding processing analysis for engineering technical problem and secondary application mode for experiment data,hence has done great practical significance to electronic products design and engineering quality safety.
