针对采用Heidenhain iTNC 530控制系统五轴数控机床的特点,基于UG PostBuilder软件设定机床与数控系统参数,采用TCL语言编写用户命令,定制了机床的后置处理,同时把后置处理集成于UG软件之中,通过Vericut软件进行了数控机床建模与加工仿真,使得UG Manufacturing模块生成的刀轨通过后置处理直接生成的NC代码完全能被机床识别;最后以整体叶轮为例进行了五轴联动编程及实际加工,验证了五轴编程和后置处理的正确性.%Considering the kinematic features of the five-axis machine using Heidenhain iTNC530 control system, we exploited this machine's post builder system not only by customizing the parameters of the machine tool and numerical system, but also by customizing the "custom commands" using TCL language based on UGPostBuilder software. This machine's post builder system was integrated in UG software. The NC codes generated through post processing to the tool paths of the UG Manufacturing were simulated by the Vericut software by the means of machine building and NC simulation. These NC codes are proved to be completely identified by the machine. The five-axis NC programming and post builder system are proved to be correct by using it in actual five-axis milling of integral impeller.
