纯铜及铜合金熔体除气现状及发展趋势

摘要

铜在熔炼过程中易产生氧化、吸气和吸杂，使铜熔体产生污染，降低材料性能。本文论述了纯铜及其合金中的气体来源及其对铸锭的危害，介绍了目前世界上几种典型的除气方法，展望了未来的趋势。%Copper smelting process is easy to produce oxidation,inhale and gettering,polluting the cooper melt,reducing material properties.This paper discusses that the sources of main gas in fine copper and cop-per alloy melt and hazards for ingot,introduces several typical degassing methods and looks to the future development tendency.
