基于机器视觉的通孔元器件检测平台研发

     

摘要

The printed circuit board assembly visual inspection system,using machine vision technology, can be applied to the through hole components inspection,provide an automatic quality control method for the electronic products visual inspection in process.Because the through hole components materials,shape, dimension change is big,there are many challenges in depth of field,viewpoint and the light uniformity, and difficult to adopt the unified algorithm and criterion,this paper determined the corresponding countermeasures through experiments,the through hole components were divided into two types of wiring harness and non-wiring-harness according to their characteristics,respectively the color location and the template matching algorithm were used,and Rotation Angle and matching points were selected as comprehensive criterion,the feasibility of the system was verified by examples.The platform based design makes the system have very high promotion value.%印刷线路板组件外观检测系统,采用机器视觉技术,用于机插和手工装配等通孔元器件的检验,为电子产品组装过程中外观检测提供自动化质量控制手段。由于通孔元器件材料、形状、尺寸变化大,在景深、视点角度、光线均匀性等方面均具有挑战性,并难以采用统一的算法和判据,本文通过实验确定了相应的对策,根据通孔元器件的特点将其分为线束和非线束两种类型,分别采用颜色定位和彩色模板匹配算法,用旋转角度和匹配分数作为综合判据,通过算例验证了该系统的可行性。平台化设计使该系统具有很高的推广价值。
