摘要

A method for calibrating a print positioning platform of a crystalline silicon photovoltaic solar cell on the basis of machine vision, and a device required for implementing the method. The method comprises: establishing, by a customized calibration target (8) and a rotary positioning platform (4), the coordinate relation between a plate-entering positioning camera group (1) and a motion platform calibration camera group (5) by combining a vision software algorithm in a control system; and establishing the coordinate relation between a motion parameter of a three degree-of-freedom wire mesh motion platform (7) and the benchmark level of the motion platform calibration camera group (5) by controlling the three degree-of-freedom wire mesh motion platform (7) to move and by combining the motion platform calibration camera group (5) to photograph so as to determine the coordinate relation between the plate-entering positioning camera group (1) and the motion parameter of the three degree-of-freedom wire mesh motion platform (7). The method and device have high in positioning precision and are good in stability.
