卵巢癌根治术伴心血管病围术期的护理

摘要

ObjectiveTo explore the radical operation and patients with cardiovascular disease nursing mode forovarian cancer, and carries on the analysis, for reference.MethodsA randomly selected in 2012 May to 2014 April in our hospital the radical operation and patients with cardiovascular disease in patients with ovarian cancer, 96 cases as the research object. And the were randomly divided into 2 groups, one group for the experimental group,the patients of 49 cases, the patients with perioperative nursing intervention mode of clinical nursing; anothergroup was control group, 47 patients, the group was treated with conventional type nursing method of clinical nursing. Patients in the two groups after 1 months of different nursing intervention on the patients, nursingsatisfaction query.ResultsComparing the two groups of nursing satisfaction results, can be drawn: the nursingsatisfaction of patients in the experimental group was signifi cantly better than the control group, and the differenceis statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion For the radical operation and patients with cardiovascular disease in patients with ovarian cancer, perioperative nursing intervention applied modes of clinical nursing to the patients,can effectively reduce the patients the incidence of postoperative complications, and patients are satisfi ed with,this model of care, it is worth promoting in clinical medicine.%目的：探讨实施卵巢癌根治术且伴有心血管病患者的护理方式，并进行分析，以供参考。方法随机选取2012年5月～2014年4月在我院实施卵巢癌根治术且伴有心血管病的患者，共96例作为研究对象。并对其进行随机分成两组，实验组患者49例，该组患者采用围术期护理干预的方式进行临床护理；对照组患者47例，该组患者采用常规式护理方法进行临床护理。两组患者在经过1个月的不同护理干预后，对其患者进行护理满意度查询。结果对比两组的护理满意度结果，可以得出：实验组患者的护理满意率明显优于对照组，且差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对于实施卵巢癌根治术且伴有心血管病的患者，应用围术期护理干预的方式对其患者进行临床护理，可以有效的降低患者术后并发症的发生率，并且，患者对这种护理模式较为满意，值得在临床医学中推广。
