复方丹参注射液佐治慢性盆腔炎40例疗效观察

摘要

objective To investigate the compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection George clinical curative effect of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease patients. Methods Selection of compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection George 40 patients with chronic pelvic inlfammatory disease as the observation group, select only the conventional treatment of 40 cases of chronic pelvic inlfammatory disease patients as control group. results Observation group total effective rate is greater than the control group (90.0%>70.0%), the recurrence rate is less than the control group (7.5%<20.0%), and P<0.05. conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment combined with compound danshen injection George chronic pelvic inlfammation can obviously improve curative effect, reduce the recurrence rate, worthy of clinical promotion.%目的：探讨复方丹参注射液佐治慢性盆腔炎患者的疗效。方法选取复方丹参注射液佐治慢性盆腔炎患者40例为观察组，选取仅常规治疗的40例慢性盆腔炎患者作为对照组。结果观察组总有效率大于对照组（90.0%＞70.0%），复发率小于对照组（7.5%＜20.0%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在常规治疗的基础上加用复方丹参注射液佐治慢性盆腔炎可明显提高疗效，降低复发率，值得临床推广。
