Objective To study the recurrence of ovarian endometriosis after conservative treatment of clinical comparative observation, and summarize the clinical experience. Methods This study, a total of 40 patients with endometriosis recurrence as the research object, its randomly divided into control group and observation group, control group adopts compound oral contraceptive treatment, the treatment group USES the left acetylene connaught progesterone intrauterine slow-release system treatment, evaluation of the clinical curative effect of two different group of patients after conservative treatment. Results After 6 months to 2 years follow-up, the treatment group of patients with ovarian endometriotic cyst volume and value of serum were significantly lower (P< 0.05); Patient treatment effective rate was 87.95%, treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group (P< 0.05), the above differences are statistically difference. Conclusion Using compound oral contraceptives and left acetylene connaught progesterone intrauterine slow-release system of ovarian endometriosis recurrence after treatment, all have high clinical curative effect; But, in contrast, the left acetylene connaught progesterone intrauterine slow-release system of ovarian endometriosis recurrence after treatment can effectively enhance the treatment effectiveness of endometriosis, eliminating ovarian ectopic lesions, has more advantages, worth clinical promotion.%目的：探讨卵巢子宫内膜异位症复发后保守治疗的临床对比观察，并总结临床经验。方法本研究以子宫内膜异位症复发患者共40例为研究对象，将其随机平均分为对照组和观察组，对照组采用复方口服避孕药进行治疗，治疗组采用左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统进行治疗，评价两组患者不同保守治疗后的临床疗效。结果6个月～2年随访后，治疗组患者的卵巢异位囊肿体积和血清值，均明显降低（P＜0.05），差异有统计学意义；治疗组患者治疗有效率为87.95%，明显高于对照组（P＜0.05），差异有统计学意义。结论利用复方口服避孕药和左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统对卵巢子宫内膜异位症复发后进行治疗，均具有较高的临床疗效；但是相比之下，左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统对卵巢子宫内膜异位症复发后进行治疗能够有效的提高子宫内膜异位症的治疗有效率，消除卵巢异位病灶，更具有优越性，值得临床推广。
