浅析产科护理人员手卫生现状及其相关影响因素

摘要

Objective To master the factors of hand hygiene of maternity nursing personnel and related effects. Methods According to "medical and health institutions medical personnel handhygiene norms"and other relevant requirements, a survey of hand hygiene situation of 46nursing staff in 2 Department of Obstetrics of our hospital in 2014 July. Results Before and afterobstetric nursing staff hand hygiene compliance is obviously better than the operation operation.Conclusion Strengthening obstetric care personnel hand hygiene knowledge training, improve thecompliance of its rival health norms is a pressing matter of the moment.%目的：掌握产科护理人员手卫生现状及其相关的影响因素。方法依据《医疗卫生机构医务人员手卫生规范》等相关要求，对我院2014年7月2个产科病区的46位护理人员进行手卫生情况调查。结果产科护理人员的手卫生操作之后的依从性明显优于操作之前。结论加强产科护理人员手卫生知识培训，提高其对手卫生规范的依从性是当务之急。
