会阴侧切口愈合的影响因素及防护措施

摘要

Objective to study the inlfuence factors of lateral perineal incision healing and protective measures. Methods To choose in September 2013~September 2014 in our hospital for episiotomy childbirth puerpera has a total of 162 cases, 162 cases of maternal related clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, of perineum incision healed, analyzes and studies the inlfuence factors of at the same time to take the corresponding protective measures. Results The main factors of poor healing perineum incision include:medical personnel factors, personal factors, environmental factors and medical materials. Pathological pregnancy group of maternal incision infection rate is higher than normal pregnancy group (P<0.05). Conclusion according to the related factors influencing the lateral perineal incision healing, enhance episiotomy suture level, take strict aseptic operation, and strengthen the ward management, play a good role in lateral perineal incision healing.%目的：分析研究会阴侧切口愈合的影响因素以及防护措施。方法选取2013年9月～2014年9月在我院进行会阴侧切术分娩的产妇一共有162例，对162例产妇的相关临床资料给予回顾性分析，对会阴侧切口愈合的影响因素给予分析研究，同时采取相对应的防护措施。结果会阴切口愈合不良的主要因素包含：医护人员因素、自身因素、环境因素及医用材料因素。当中病理妊娠组产妇的切口感染率要比正常妊娠组高（P＜0.05）。结论针对影响会阴侧切口愈合的相关因素，增强会阴侧切缝合水平，严格采取无菌操作以及增强病房管理，对会阴侧切口愈合起到良好的促进作用。
