综合化护理在子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病的临床应用分析

Objective To explore the comprehensive nursing care in the clinical value of uterine fibroids diabetes mellitus.Methods From January 2013 to January 2016 of our hospital 100 cases of hysteromyoma combined type 2 diabetes as the research object, its root can be divided into two groups, control group routine nursing, on this basis, the observation group of patients to implement comprehensive nursing intervention mode, after treatment, the treatment effect of patients with complications, postoperative fasting glucose, hospitalization duration and anal exhaust time comparison.Results Compared with control group, the observation group of patients with nursing, postoperative fasting blood glucose levels, anal exhaust time, hospitalization time and incidence of complications was significantly better, data statistical differences between groups, (P<0.05).Conclusion Type 2 diabetes for uterine fibroids to the merger, comprehensive nursing intervention measures in the perioperative period, can occur in patients with radically reduce the postoperative complications of probability, improve the treatment effect, to improve the treatment outcome, worthy of further promotion of use.%目的：探究综合化护理在子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病中的应用价值。方法选择2012年1月～2016年1月我院收治的子宫肌瘤合并II型糖尿病患者100例为研究对象，将其分成对照组和观察组，各50例。对照组行常规护理，观察组在此基础上实施综合护理干预，治疗后，对两组患者的疗效、并发症发生率、术后空腹血糖情况、住院时长和肛门排气时间进行比较。结果和对照组相比，观察组护理结局、术后空腹血糖水平、肛门排气时间、住院时长及并发症发生率情况显著较好，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对于子宫肌瘤合并II型糖尿病者，在围手术期内实施综合化护理干预措施，可有效降低患者术后并发症发生率，提升疗效，改善治疗结局，值得临床推广使用。
