目的：探讨妊娠期糖尿病早期诊断及治疗对妊娠结局的影响。方法选择2013年1月～2015年1月我院妊娠期糖尿病患者80例，根据确诊妊娠期糖尿病的时期随机分为早期组（8～23周）和非早期组（24～28周），各40例。并比较两组患者母婴并发症发生情况。结果（1）与对照组对比，观察组母体并发症发生率明显更高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；（2）与对照组对比，观察组婴儿并发症发生率明显更高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论早期诊断和治疗对妊娠期合并糖尿病患者妊娠结局产生积极作用，有利于减少母婴并发症的发生，值得临床广泛应用及推广。%Objective To study the early diagnosis and treatment of gestational diabetes the effects on the pregnancy outcome.Methods In January 2013 to January 2015 pregnancy gestational diabetes patients 80 cases according to the diagnosis of gestational diabetes period were divided for the early group (8 to 23 weeks) and non early group (24 to 28 weeks), and compared between the two groups of patients with maternal and infant complications occurrence.Results (1) compared with control group and observation group significantly higher incidence of maternal complications (P<0.05); (2) compared with control group and observation group infants signiifcantly higher incidence of complications (P<0.05).Conclusion Early diagnosis and treatment of pregnancy outcomes in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus have a positive effect, is helpful to reduce the maternal complications and is worth wide application in the clinical practice and popularization.
