改良阴式全子宫切除术治疗子宫脱垂的疗效观察

摘要

Objective To observe the improvement of Yin type total hysterectomy clinical effect for the treatment of uterine prolapse.Methods From February 2015 to February 2015 of the 86 patients with uterine prolapse of implementing improved Yin type total hysterectomy for treatment, to observe the prognosis effect. Results 86 cases of surgery are completed smoothly, clinical operation time, intraoperative blood loss, exhaust time, combined injury, postoperative recurrence, postoperative vaginal residue on the healing of as well as the improvement of micturition function, etc, these are traditional Yin type total hysterectomy than ever better, and better clinical signifi cance.Conclusions In patients with surgical indication on the premise of the indications, understand and agree to adopt improved Yin type total hysterectomy, the advantage of the warlock is to belong to the minimally invasive surgery, the operation is simple, safe and reliable, postoperative recurrence rate is low, the treatment cost is low, and the treatment effect is satisfactory, very worth in clinical promotion and application.%目的：观察改良阴式全子宫切除术治疗子宫脱垂的疗效。方法选取2015年2月～2016年2月收治的子宫脱垂的患者86例，实施改良阴式全子宫切除术进行治疗，观察预后。结果86例患者的手术均顺利完成，临床的手术时间、术中出血量、排气时间、合并损伤、术后复发率、术后阴道残端的愈合情况以及排尿功能的改善等情况，这些均比以往的传统阴式全子宫切除术疗效要好，而且更具有临床意义。结论在患者具备手术适应证的指征前提下，了解并同意采取改良阴式全子宫切除术，该术士的优势为属于微创手术、操作简单、安全可靠、术后复发率低、治疗费用低，并且疗效令人满意，非常值得在临床上积极推广及应用。
