探讨米非司酮对围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者激素水平的影响效果

摘要

目的：分析米非司酮对围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者激素水平的影响效果。方法选取2013年7月～2015年12月我院收治的围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者78例作为研究对象，将其随机分为治疗组与对照组，各39例，对照组给予常规治疗，治疗组给予米非司酮治疗，对比两组患者疗效、激素水平及子宫内膜厚度等指标。结果治疗组总有效率为97.54%，对照组总有效率为80.65%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后，治疗组的激素水平、子宫内膜厚度等明显比对照组低，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者使用米非司酮进行治疗，可以有效改善患者的激素水平，值得临床推广。%Objective To study the mifepristone in perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients infl uence effect of hormone levels.Methods July 2013-December 2013,our hospital patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding,78 cases as the research object,it can be divided into the treatment group and control group, 39 cases in the control treatment group given treatment,compared two groups of patients after treatment of hormone levels and thickness, etc.Results The treatment group the total curative effect of 97.54, in the control group total effective rate was 80.65%, by comparison, the effect of two groups of patients compared difference(P<0.05);After treatment,the treatment group of hormone level,thickness was obviously lower than the control group,the more significant difference(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion Patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding using treatment,can effectively improve the patient's level of hormone,is worth promoting.
