基于SWOT法的产科医院感染风险评估及感染控制措施

Objective Be based on Risk assessment in the obstetric hospital infection,Formulate hospital infection control effective tactic.Methods Using SWOT analysis method,infection control and analyzed the strengths, weaknesse, opportunity and threat,Put forward the corresponding control measures and deployment strategy. Results Through the strategic development of institutional reasonable procedure specification,Department of guidance and supervision of infection risk analysis,Develop coping strategies.Concluion By means of SWOT risk assessment,we can improve the Department's ability of infection control.%目的：通过产科内医院感染风险评估，制定有效地感染防控策略。方法利用SWOT法剖析产科医院感染管理存在的的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁，提出相应的控制措施及部署战略。结果通过战略制定了合理规范的制度流程，指导与监督科室分析感染风险，制定应对策略。结论用SWOT风险评估手段，能提高科室应对感染风险的能力。
