妊高症采取规范方案治疗对母婴结局影响分析

摘要

Objective:To investigate the correlation between the standard solution in the treatment of pih and outcomes, for clinical reference.Methods:From June 2010 to May 2013 treated 87 cases of patients with gestational hypertension syndrome included in this study, in which not accept standard solution treatment as control group, treated with standard solution as the experimental group.Results:Compared with control group, we found that the experimental group low maternal complications, perinatal complications and mortality rate is low, differences between groups after statistical analysis that the signiifcant (P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with gestational hypertension syndrome take timely treatment helps to reduce maternal and perinatal complications, worthy of popularization and application in the future clinical work.%目的：探讨规范方案治疗妊高症对母婴结局的影响，以供临床参考。方法：将我院2010年6月-2013年5月收治的妊娠期高血压综合征患者87例纳入本研究，以其中未接受规范方案治疗者为对照组，接受规范方案治疗者为实验组。结果：与对照组对比，我们发现实验组孕产妇并发症较低，围产儿并发症和死亡率较低，组间差异经统计学分析后认为有意义(P<0.05)。结论：对妊娠期高血压综合征患者及时采取规范方案治疗有助于减少孕产妇和围产儿并发症，值得在今后的临床工作中进行推广应用。
