血液灌流联合血液透析治疗急性药物中毒40例疗效评估

摘要

目的：探究血液灌流联合血液透析治疗急性药物中毒的临床价值。方法随机抽取40例在我院2013年1月～2014年3月接受治疗的急性药物中毒患者，将其随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组患者接受血液灌流治疗，观察组在血液灌流基础上加行血液透析治疗，对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的疗效明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论对急性药物中毒患者采取血液灌流联合血液透析治疗，可以明显提高治疗效果，值得临床推广应用。%Objective To explore the blood perfusion in combination with the clinical value of hemodialysis in the treatment of acute drug poisoning.Methods Randomly selected 40 patients in our hospital between January 2012 and March 2014 for treatment of acute drug poisoning patients, its average can be divided into observation group and control group. Control group patients received single hemodialysis therapy, observation group based on hemodialysis, blood perfusion treatment, compared the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients.Results The curative effect of observation group of patients is better than the control group (P< 0.05).Conclusion In patients with acute drug poisoning taken blood perfusion combined hemodialysis treatment, can signiifcantly improve the treatment effect, recommend the clinical application.
