优质护理管理模式在内科护理管理中的应用

     

摘要

Objectiveanalysis of high quality nursing management mode applied to the Department of internal medicine nursing management.MethodsTo choose 40 cases of nursing staff in Department of internal medicine of our hospital as the research object, randomly divided into control group and observation group, 20 cases in each. The control group used routine nursing mode of nursing staff, the observation group received high quality nursing training, and implementation of high quality nursing management in clinical nursing, compared two groups of nursing personnel management effect.ResultsIn the observation group and the control group in the aspects of nursing management nursing knowledge, attitude, nursing management, nursing management environment behavior score, the difference between the group (P<0.05).ConclusionHigh quality nursing management mode can improve the cognition level and nursing effect of nursing staff in Department of internal medicine, is conducive to enhance the quality of nursing work.%目的:分析优质护理管理模式应用于内科护理管理的效果。方法选择我院内科护理人员40名作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各20名。对照组护理人员沿用常规护理模式,观察组接受优质护理培训,并在临床护理中实施优质护理管理,比较两组护理人员的管理效果。结果观察组和对照组在护理管理知识、护理态度、护理管理行为、护理管理环境等评分方面对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理管理模式可提高内科护理人员的认知水平和护理效果,有利于护理工作质量提升。
