Objective To understand the condition of 4-year-old infant nutrition and health in the Yuci District Jinzhong City, and provide scientific basis for the further development of early intervention.Methods There were 416 infants under 4 years accepted the medical examinations and questionnaires.Results 4 months and 6 months of exclusive breastfeeding rates were 65.38%(272/416) and 26.20%(109/416), 1 year and 2-year-old continued breastfeeding rate was 52.88%(220/416) and 6.97%(29/416), with an average weaning time was 13.9 months. Complementary feeding early, 2 years children complementary feeding species.less growth retardation rate of 0.72%(3/416), 0.48%(2/416) rate of low birth weight, overweight rate of 4.81(20/416)%.Conclusion There were some problem including breastfeeding rates was low, complementary feeding and weaning time was earlier, other dairy intaking after weaning and food supplementing of other typesless was less in the Yuci District Jinzhong City. At the same time ,the nutritional imbalance is another important problems .%目的 了解晋中市榆次区4岁内婴幼儿营养与健康状况,为进一步开展早期干预提供科学依据.方法 随机抽取416例4岁以下婴幼儿进行体格检查和问卷调查.结果 4个月和6个月纯母乳喂养率分别为65.38%(272/416)和26.20%(109/416),1岁和2岁持续母乳喂养率为52.88%(220/416)和6.97%(29/416),平均断奶时间为13.9个月.辅食添加早,2岁内儿童辅食添加种类少.经体格检查发现生长迟缓率0.72%(3/416),低体重率0.48%(2/416),超重率4.81%(20/416).结论 榆次区婴幼儿喂养中存在母乳喂养率低,辅食添加早,断奶时间早,断奶后其他乳类摄入少,辅食种类少等问题,同时存在营养不均衡问题.
