Conclusion The inlfuence on the effect of teachers teaching practice for nursing students has the important meaning of shadow, Therefore, to strengthen the quality of teaching the teacher training is the important foundation of nursing teaching management work.%目的：让实习护生在实习期间得到良好的培养，从而为以后走上工作岗位，成为一名优秀的护士打好良好的基础。方法针对目前实习护生存在的问题，抓好岗前培训、规范操作步骤、安排业务学习、加强职业道德教育和心理素质培养、重视反馈、提高带教老师的专业素质等。结果使护生能够较熟练掌握基础技术操作和基础理论的应用。结论护理实习生受到带教老师的影响十分深远，并且带教老师的行为与教学语言都会影响到护士生的发展。所以，在医院护理教学工作中，必须全面加强对带教老师的综合素质培养。
