确诊老年糖尿病患者降糖过快诱发心血管疾病34例的分析

摘要

Objective To explore the diagnosis of senile diabetic hypoglycemic rapidly induce clinical manifestation and treatment effect of cardiovascular disorders. Methods 34 cases of our hospital in elderly patients with diabetes hypoglycemic during cardiovascular disease related data were retrospectively analyzed. Results 34 patients are in the first applied medications or appear in the adjustment process of diabetes cardiovascular disorders, including arrhythmia in 16 cases (47.06%), acute left heart failure in 9 cases (26.47%), angina, 7 cases (20.59%), 2 cases of acute myocardial infarction (5.88%) . Conclusion New diagnosis in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus if hypoglycemic too fast, easy to induce a series of cardiovascular disease.%目的：探讨确诊老年糖尿病患者降糖过快诱发心血管疾病的表现及疗效。方法对我院收治的34例老年糖尿病患者降糖时产生的心血管疾病相关资料进行回顾性分析。结果34例患者均于首次应用降糖药或在降糖药调整的过程中出现心血管疾病，其中心律失常16例（47.06%），急性左心力衰竭9例（26.47%），心绞痛7例（20.59%），急性心肌梗死2例（5.88%）。结论新确诊的老年糖尿病患者如果降糖过快，容易诱发一系列心血管疾病。
