MRI在良恶性卵巢肿瘤诊断及鉴别诊断中的应用价值

摘要

目的：分析MRI在良恶性卵巢肿瘤诊断及鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法选取我院2012年4月～2015年6月收治的60例卵巢肿瘤患者，对60例卵巢肿瘤患者均采用MRI进行诊断。结果MRI诊断结果与病理诊断结果比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），MRI诊断后的特异性、敏感性与病理诊断比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 MRI在良恶性卵巢肿瘤诊断及鉴别诊断中具有较高的应用价值，能为良恶性卵巢肿瘤鉴别提供有利依据。%ObjectiveTo investigate the application of MRI in benign and malignant ovarian tumor diagnosis and differential diagnosis.MethodsCollected in our hospital 60 cases of patients with ovarian tumor, and 60 cases of ovarian tumor patients were diagnosis by MRI.ResultsMRI diagnosis and pathological diagnosis results had no signiifcant difference (P> 0.05). The speciifcity of MRI after diagnosis, there was no signiifcant difference in sensitivity and pathological diagnosis (P>0.05).ConclusionThe application value of MRI is higher than that in benign and malignant ovarian tumors in diagnosis and differential diagnosis, can provide a favorable basis for the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian tumors.
