探讨雾化吸入布地奈德治疗小儿急性喉-支气管炎的疗效

摘要

ObjectiveTo study the atomization inhalation budesonide in the treatment of children acute throat,bronchitis curative effect.MethodsIn this paper, the research object is between September 2015 and September 2015 in our hospital during the period of medical treatment of 90 cases children with acute throat,bronchitis,traditional 45 routine dexamethasone treatment group,treatment group 45 cases with atomization inhalation budesonide treatment,compare the clinical curative effect.ResultsThree hours after treatment,the treatment group total effective rate was 95.6%,the traditional treatment group total effective rate was 80%; Treatment for 72 hours,symptoms,the treatment group was 97.8%,the symptom,the traditional group was 84.4%,the traditional treatment group total effective rate was higher than the treatment group,the difference is statistically signiifcant (P< 0.05).ConclusionAtomization inhalation budesonide treating infantile acute throat,bronchitis,quick effect,clinical symptoms improved time is short,the curative effect is positive,can be promoted.%目的：探讨雾化吸入布地奈德治疗小儿急性喉-支气管炎的疗效。方法本文研究对象为2015年9月～2016年9月我院收治的急性喉-支气管炎患儿90例，分为传统组和治疗组，各45例。传统组行地塞米松的治疗，治疗组采用雾化吸入布地奈德治疗，对比疗效。结果治疗三小时之后，治疗组治疗总有效率为95.6%，传统组治疗总有效率为80%；治疗72小时，治疗组症状好转率为97.8%，传统组症状好转率为84.4%，治疗组治疗总有效率高于传统组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论雾化吸入布地奈德治疗小儿急性喉-支气管炎，见效快，患儿临床症状好转时间短，疗效值得肯定，可推广。
