他汀类降脂药降低缺血性脑卒中患者再发卒中的临床分析

摘要

Objective To observe the statin drugs role in ischemic stroke secondary prevention. Methods Since 2006 in our hospital treatment for 60 patients with cerebral stroke/TIA patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group in statin.The control group only accept rehabilitation treatment and risk factors,the intervention group on the basis of control group therapy combined with atorvastatin 20 mg qd treatment,observation of 3 years,6 years two groups of patients with recurrence stroke/TIA,death and other cardioascular eents.Results Intervention group 3 years recurrence stroke/TIA,coronary eents is lower than the control group,the mortality rate,incidence of cerebral hemorrhage in the two groups have no signiifcant differences. And six years intervention group recurrence stroke/TIA,coronary events,mortality and incidence of intracerebral hemorrhage is lower than the control group.Conclusion Statins can effectively prevent the recurrence of cardiovascular patients with cerebral stroke/TIA event occurrence and reduce the incidence of cerebral hemorrhage.%目的：观察他汀类药物在缺血性脑卒中二级预防中的作用。方法选取2006年以来在本院治疗的脑卒中/TIA患者60例，随机分为他汀类干预组和对照组。对照组仅接受康复治疗及危险因素治疗，干预组在对照组治疗基础上加用阿托伐他汀20 mg，1次/d治疗，观察3年内，6年内两组患者再发脑卒中/TIA，死亡以及其他心血管事件发生率。结果3年内干预组再发脑卒中/TIA，冠脉事件发生率低于对照组，而死亡率，脑出血发生率两组却无明显差异。而6年内干预组再发脑卒中/TIA，冠脉事件，死亡率，脑出血发生率低于对照组，结论他汀类药物能有效预防脑卒中/TIA患者再发心脑血管事件的发生及降低脑出血发生率。
