波形失真度测量不确定度评定

         

摘要

In order to evaluate the measurement result of the waveform distortion of the measuring instrument completely, accurately, objectively and rationally, the Monte Carlo method and the traditional GUM method are used to evaluate the uncertainty of the measurement result. And the uncertainty of the distortion of the output signal of the measuring instrument is verified by MATLAB. Experiments show that the uncertainty of the distortion of the waveform signal output by the measuring instrument is evaluated by the Monte Carlo method and the GUM method, and the results are very consistent.%测量结果的不确定程度是通过测量结果的不确定度表征的,为了完整、准确、客观、合理地对测量仪器输出的波形失真度的测量结果进行评定,本文使用蒙特卡罗法和传统的GUM法对波形失真度进行不确定度的评定,利用MATLAB对测量仪器输出的信号的失真度不确定度进行了验证。实验表明,对于测量仪器输出的波形信号的失真度的不确定度,使用蒙特卡罗法评定与使用GUM法的评定,其结果非常一致。
