摘要

Measurement uncertainty is one of the most important concepts in geometrical product specification (GPS). Monte Carlo method (MCM) is widely used to evaluate uncertainty in many cases. However, the main drawback of this method is that it is necessary to generate very large samples. In this paper, a Quasi-Monte Carlo method based on good point set is proposed for the evaluation of measurement uncertainty of cylindricity error. The proposed method is tested in comparison with GUM method and Monte Carlo method, which shows the proposed method has the advantages of less computation time and better precision.
